Choosing Stack Man Cups & Lids

Most of the cups in this department are made from clear PET plastic. We use it because it lets you see what is inside, and it holds up to cold drinks without cracking or sweating. If you need something you can put in a microwave, this is not the right place for you. You will want our compostable line instead.

The sizes we make here run from 2 ounces up to 32 ounces. The smaller ones work for tastings, samples, and portion cups in a deli case. They are cheap enough per piece that you can hand them out without thinking about it. The 12 and 16 ounce cups are the ones most people reach for. They fit a standard fountain drink, an iced coffee with room for ice, or a soft drink at a party. If you serve beer on tap or large fountain drinks, the 20, 24, and 32 ounce cups will handle those without spilling over the rim.

Lids are sold separately on some items and bundled with others. A flat lid keeps dust out and lets you stack cups on a counter or a tray. If you transport drinks in a car or pack them into a delivery bag, get a dome lid or a set that includes one. It seals tighter and keeps the liquid where it belongs when the cup tips sideways.

Pack size matters more here than price per cup. We sell boxes of 50 for a small event or a single cooler, and cases of 2,500 for a concession stand that goes through a sleeve every weekend. The larger packs cost less for each cup, but they take up real storage space. Measure your shelf before you order a case. These are cold cups only. Hot coffee, tea, and anything you heat up will warp the plastic and burn whoever is holding it.
