50The ten pads in this department all use PET plastic. They lock liquid away and hold their shape when they are wet. If you are after something that breaks down in a compost bin, you will not find it here. Our compostable lines live elsewhere on the site.
Size is the first choice to make. A 17 by 24 inch pad fits a crate for a small dog or a single spot near the door. It costs less per pad, which matters if you are going through a lot of them during house training. The 22 inch square covers a larger area without taking up much more room. It works well under a litter box or as a general catch-all for small spills. When you need real coverage, step up to the 23 by 36 or 28 by 30 inch sizes. These are meant for whelping pens, multiple dogs, or any place where a smaller pad would shift around.
Pack count comes down to how fast you use them. We sell these in counts of 50, 100, 200, and 300. The 300-count boxes have the lowest price per pad, but they take up storage space. A 50-count pack makes sense for occasional travel or a pet that is mostly trained and just needs backup now and then. For daily training with one or two dogs, a 100 or 200 count will carry you through most of a month before you order again.
These are not medical incontinence pads. If you are shopping for an older dog that needs overnight protection or absorbent bedding, look at our Bed & Incontinence Protection department instead. Those products are built for longer wear and different kinds of leaks. These training pads do one job well: they soak up what hits them, and then you throw them out.
