Choosing Stack Man Kitchenware

Our kitchenware is built around the 9 by 13 inch foil pan. It is the size that holds a lasagna, a tray of brownies, or a casserole you are bringing to a potluck. We sell it in aluminium, which conducts heat evenly and goes straight from the oven to the table. If you need to cover what you made before it leaves the house, we pack pan and lid sets. If you already have pans and run out of lids first, we make those on their own.

The question here is mostly about how many you need. A 10-pack suits a home kitchen that bakes for holidays and occasional gatherings. You will not run out mid-season, but you also will not store a case in the garage. A 25-pack or 30-pack makes sense if you cook for a large family every week, or if you batch-meal on Sundays and want something you can freeze without tying up your good bakeware. The 100-pack of lids alone is for anyone who uses these pans often enough that the lids disappear long before the pans do.

This department does not do everyday dinner plates or bowls. For those, look at our compostable bagasse range, which we make from sugarcane fiber. It handles hot food well, but it is not designed for oven use. Our aluminium pans are the right pick when you need to bake, freeze, or reheat something in the same container.

We also carry steam table pans in this section. They are deeper than the standard 9 by 13, and they fit the frames used at buffets and catered events. Choose those if you are serving food for a crowd and need it to stay warm on a heat source. They are heavier than the home pans, and they hold up to being filled with something dense like macaroni and cheese or green bean casserole.

Pick the pack size that matches how fast you actually use them. A smaller box costs more per piece, but it takes up less cupboard space. A larger one brings the price down considerably if you have room to keep it.
